How do I claim my prize after the Walk?
The deadline to qualify for prizes is June 27, 2014. If you have qualified for a prize by raising $250 or more, you will receive an email from Summit Group in August containing a prize redemption code. If you have not received your prize redemption code by August 15, please contact our office.
Mission First Club
You also have the option to decline your prize and join our Mission First Club. You can decline your prize at any time during the Walk MS season. By declining your prize, more of the money you raised stays at the MS Society to support the vital research and programs that are part of our mission - a world free of MS. If you do choose to decline your prize, email your name to midamericachapter@nmss.org.
